i found out about neocities somewhere in the summer of 2021, while looking at the geocities tag on tumblr. i wanted to make a carrd thats kinda like old geocities sites, and i struck gold. and with gold i mean neocities. no limitations but my own skill.
and so the site started out as just a simple place where i wanted to archive my MSPAINT drawings and my carrds, make a small intro for servers n stuff, and maybe try out some silly html stuff or share random thoughts and analysises. oh and it also went by the url f00l1shness-and-w0rmz.neocities.org!
then,
the incident.
whats the incident? well. the incident is that one time i accidentally deleted the index. all gone. i mean i didnt DELETE it. i jsut accidentally replaced it with a miku project my friend made and had no way of going back so i had to remove all the code.....
ANYWAY all i had left was one measly video of it. so i took it upon me to rebuild it from scratch. raise a phoenix from the ashes of the fallen front page.
and here we are! 2 yrs later, after taking lots and lots of inspiration from other sites, learning to master the art of html, and just kinda being silly. the site is now a nice little place where i live on the internet. its not finished and it never will be. its an ongoing project thatll evolve and grow with me.
aaaaand that little story was how this came to be. its a little cheesy but yknow. gotta make yall feel parasocial attachments to me somehow.
now i promised to tell you more about myself too. so uhhhhhhh. my favorite colors are neon green and neon pink. my favorite video games are jet set radio and splatoon. uhhhh man im bad at this.

(yes that is my blog signoff. its COOL okay. i love astronomy. i literally picked my name because i really like the kuiper belt. and whats better than the king of the kuiper belt pluto?? it actually started as a nicknamea friend gave me because im so in love w space.... even used to wanna become an astronaut or nasa engineer. but that changed clearly.)
